Popzo - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Popzo, a digital social media platform that empowers users to create, connect, and earn rewards for engagement. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Popzo application and its associated services, websites, features, and technologies (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By accessing or using Popzo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
By signing up, registering, or accessing Popzo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding agreement. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
Popzo is a social networking service that allows users to:
Create and share multimedia content
Connect with other users
Join and form interest-based communities
Receive monetary or non-monetary rewards for engagement under specified conditions
Rewards are governed by Popzo's Reward Policy which may change at our discretion. Users are required to remain active and comply with eligibility terms to receive such benefits.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
You may not create multiple accounts for malicious purposes.
You agree not to:
Post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or promotes hate speech
Harass, abuse, or threaten others
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior to exploit the reward system
Use bots, automation, or scripts to artificially inflate engagement
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
You retain ownership of the content you post on Popzo.
By uploading content, you grant Popzo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, display, and reproduce such content in connection with the service.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you share.
Popzo provides eligible users a daily engagement reward (e.g., ₹1/day for up to 180 days) subject to adherence to platform rules and conditions.
The reward is claimable only after the completion of the full engagement period.
Popzo reserves the right to suspend or revoke rewards in case of suspected fraud, inauthentic behavior, or policy violations.
All reward agreements provided via stamp paper are subject to applicable legal and administrative compliance.
Use of Popzo is also governed by our Privacy Policy which details the collection, use, and protection of your data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
All Popzo trademarks, logos, and branding elements are owned by Popzo and may not be used without permission.
You agree not to duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach any part of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access Popzo will immediately cease, and any pending rewards may be forfeited.
Popzo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be communicated via the app or website.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under Indian laws, and venue shall be Kerala, India.
