Popzo Refund Policy

Popzo is committed to delivering a fair, transparent, and user-centric platform. While we aim to ensure user satisfaction across our services, please note that Popzo is primarily a social media platform offering engagement-based rewards. Therefore, refund scenarios are limited and subject to strict review.


1. General Refund Terms

  • Popzo does not charge any mandatory subscription fees for its core services.

  • Optional features such as paid subscriptions or advertisement charges may be introduced to enhance user experience or visibility. These are clearly marked and only applicable if a user chooses to utilize them.

  • Users may earn rewards through engagement; however, these rewards are claimable only under the guidelines mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental transactions for optional services

  • Technical failure leading to non-delivery of paid features (if offered)

  • Proven fraudulent activity leading to unauthorized charges


3. Review-Based Approval

All refund requests will undergo a mandatory review process. Approval is at the sole discretion of Popzo after evaluating the following:

  • Transaction records and logs

  • User behavior and compliance history

  • Applicable legal or policy violations

Popzo reserves the right to deny a refund if the user is found violating platform rules, engaging in inauthentic behavior, or attempting to exploit the reward mechanism.


4. Request Procedure

To request a refund, users must:

  • Contact support at support@mypopzo.com within 7 days of the transaction

  • Provide complete details including name, email, transaction ID, and reason for refund

Refund requests without valid documentation or after the review window will not be considered.


5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.
